Good morning Ghandi class.
I hope that you are ready for your learning and have sorted out some of your say into a timetable like I suggested.
Phonics - Please complete your flashcards. Ask your parents to read some words that use those sounds. E.g. 'bl' - black. Can you spell some of those words. Don't forget to use phoneme fingers.
Writing. Can you write the problem part of the story from the snail and the whale. This is the part where the whale got stuck on the beach. Think about how he felt, how the snail felt and remember ti include lots of adjectives to help make your sentences interesting. Remember, your sentence should have a subject and a verb.
Reading: Please read your book to an adult. Or choose a book of your shelf and read it with somebody. Tell them what it was about, who were the main characters.
Math's: Please complete some of your math's booklet that I sent home
Notes to remember!
Remember, in addition to this, it's very important to keep up with exercise as none of us can be as active as we are used to. There are so many great exercise videos online that have been brought out to keep PE going during this period of home learning. I recommend the Joe Wicks video work outs. These are live everyday at 9am. Today over 800,000 children around the country joined in! See if you can join in tomorrow. If you miss the video, don't worry, you can download it at a time that you can do.
Good luck and remember to stay safe by staying home.
